Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Please note that all prices quoted on this website include VAT @ 20%.

 

For the most part, goods should normally be received by customers within 7 working days of us receiving an order; subject to availability. Average lead times should be less than this.  

 

Our P&P charges (added to your order at checkout) are as follows:

 

£1.19 handling charge per each order plus an additional 30 pence per each individual DVD and / or an additional £1.50 per each box-set.

EG: P&P cost for 1 DVD = £1.49, for 2 DVDs = £1.79, 3 DVDs = £2.09 etc, or P&P cost for 1 Box-Set = £2.69

 

These charges apply to deliveries within the UK only.

 

In the very unlikely event that customers receive damaged/faulty items, please return them to us for exchange.  Such items should be returned within 14 days of receipt with details of customer’s name, full address and reason for return.
